Spicy food, such as hot peppers or curries, can cause excessive sweating from the head and the face. So can caffeinated drinks, including coffee, tea, and colas. To stay dry, change your diet to milder herbs, limit your caffeine intake, and try to avoid alcohol and smoking altogether.
